SETN has received overwhelming support from our Sourashtra Community people all over the world (India, USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Europe ) in the first year of the launch of our website in 2020-21. The sponsors have helped the deserving poor meritorious students belonging to our Sourashtra Community studying in different colleges by paying their fees / providing scholarship. With all your sponsorship Financial Assistance was provided to 174 students during the last semester (2020-21) and the total amount disbursed was Rs 10.92 lakhs.
We have attached herewith the First List of 272 Students to be supported in the current semester (2021-22). The details of aid given by sponsors in the previous semesters are also there. Some students are yet to apply as the plus 2 examination results/ University results are yet to be announced.

We request you to spread the message and help to add new sponsors who are willing voluntarily to support the students’ education. We shall be glad to see your support for this noble cause. Please indicate the amount you would like to sponsor by filling up the sponsorship form online in our website https://souengrs.com or through WhatsApp message or through e-mail to us for the current semester. All NRI sponsors can send the money in INR only through the Banks in India.
Sponsors in USA can either support DIRECTLY as mentioned above (OR) they can also support through Sourashtra Dhaan (www.dhaan.org) Non Profit Organisation run by Sourashtra Community Residents in USA by mentioning the students names, college, year and amount of support and also indicating that the students details are sourced from SETN.
Kindly note that ours is a Free Service in the interest of welfare of our Sourashtra Community. We don’t accept any money or donation or on behalf of any student/ college from any stake holders. The sponsors can send the money only through online to the individual students directly. In case of colleges run by Sourashtrians Management i.e. Sourashtra, Madurai Gandhi NMR and KLN group of colleges Sponsors can send the money to the colleges towards the particular students sponsored and also get 80G certificate for claiming IT Exemption.
